What are the shipping restrictions for wine orders?

Due to legal regulations, we can only ship wine to states that allow direct-to-consumer shipments. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for all alcohol shipments.

How should I store my Beringer wines after they arrive?

We recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally around 55°F (13°C). Bottles with natural corks should be stored on their sides to keep the cork moist.

Can I return a bottle of wine if I don't like it?

We strive for the highest quality in every bottle. If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a refund.

How do I join the Beringer Wine Club?

You can join our Wine Club directly through our website. Members receive exclusive discounts, access to limited-release vintages, and invitations to private events at our historic estate.

Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?

Yes, during periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your shipment or offer temperature-controlled shipping options to ensure the integrity and quality of the wine is not compromised during transit.
