Returns & Replacements

At Beringer Vineyards, we strive to ensure the exceptional quality of our wines and merchandise; however, if your order is damaged or flawed, we are committed to providing a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Support

    Reach out to our concierge team via email or phone with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your shipment.

    Provide Documentation

    For damaged or cork-tainted bottles, please provide photographic evidence or retain the bottle and original closure to assist with our quality control review.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Upon processing your return, we will ship a replacement bottle immediately or issue a full credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
